The Queensland Audit Office is committed to protecting the personal information we collect, use, store, and disclose in accordance with the Information Privacy Act 2009 (IP Act). Our Privacy Plan outlines the types of personal information we collect and store, the reasons for collection, the context in which it is used, and how individuals can access personal information.
Accessing and amending personal information
Under the IP Act, individuals have the right to access or amend their own personal information.
To access your personal information, complete an Access application.
To amend your personal information, complete an Amendment application.
Privacy complaints
If you believe QAO has breached your privacy, you can lodge a complaint using the Feedback/complaint form.
We will process privacy complaints in accordance with our Complaints Handling Policy.
